Web Design and Branding
While working for BCOM (Beyond Commerce), we were asked to design and create a website for Westline Aviation, a small private airfield in the Drakensberg mountains. They needed a site to advertise their various packages and to promote their business. As I was the main web designer, I was assigned the job.
Design and Branding
I did a lot of the branding and visual design of the brand for the site. I only had their logo to make use of in order to create a visual identity. I used their logo, as this was the only branding they had at the time, and I used the colours and style of this logo to inform my decisions. I decided to go for a clean corporate feel for the brand to ensure that our customers viewed our products and systems as trustworthy, reliable and of a premium standard.
